Yelli automatically generates tests based on the menus you have created. When adding your menus, you are encouraged to enter them in categories, such as 'appetizers' or 'signature cocktails.' Then you will add each item under the category along with an image of the item and the following information: Ingredients, Allergies, Table Talk, Garnish, Chef Notes, and Price. These details are all available in flashcard format for your team to study with!

When you are ready to test your employees' menu knowledge, Yelli makes it easy. Each of the categories you have created are automatically generated into an open-ended test, formatted as a blank version of the flashcards. Simply select the menu test you wish to issue, and then select who you would like to issue it to. You can select everyone on the team, certain positions, or individual employees. Once the test has been taken, you can review the answers and grade them.
